Patient: I have ulcerative colitis.

Interviewer: When was this problem diagnosed?

Patient: 2015

Interviewer: Which all places did you visit for treatment?

Patient: I went to Banaras. I went for treatment to Ghaziabad. I took treatment for 4-5 months, but results were not satisfactory. Then I contacted Planet Ayurveda and contacted Dr. Vikram Chauhan. Took medicines from planet Ayurveda and became healthy.

Patient: In 2016

Interviewer: How is the improvement now?

Patient: Now it's good.

Interviewer: During the problem what were the symptoms?

Patient: I used to pass stool 17-18 times in a day.

Patient: I came here in 2016. Took medicines for 3 months. Then there was a gap for 1-2 months.
