Amit: Sir, I was suffering from ulcerative colitis.

Amit: In the end of 2014, December 2014.

Interviewer: Amit Ji, where else you consulted for its treatment?

Amit: Firstly I got treatment from sector 21, then consulted at UIA hospital which is in Mohali but didn't get relief from anywhere. I used to feel better for 2-3 months and then again condition worsens and my weight was also decreasing.

Interviewer: What were your symptoms before it got diagnosed and how you came to know about this disease?

Amit: There used to be continuous mild pain in my abdomen, also I had to pass stools 7-8 times and there was blood too. Then I went for colonoscopy through which I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis.

Interviewer: Ok, so you took treatment in allopathy from many places. So how much relief you got from there and what was doctor's opinion?

Amit: I was told to take medicines continuously for whole lifetime and follow restricted diet regime.

Interviewer: Ok, so they told you to take medicines life-long and also follow the diet regimen continuously.

Amit: Yes, even they diagnosed it as sangrahini but I got no relief.
