Interviewer: What is your name and from where you have come from?

Patient: My name is G.R ramya and he is my son's name is G. Kartik and we have come from Bhilai in Chhattisgarh. My son has been suffering from health problem from one year. He has a problem of mucus formation with blood. We went to many doctors for treatment. There was no relief from those medicines. The condition was so worse that there was a need for blood transfusion.

Interviewer: From where you have taken treatment?

Patient's Father: I came here on 14th July, 2018. Dr. Sahab prescribed medicines and guided us about some precautions to be taken.
